3 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
6 fish fillets
1/4 cup coconut milk
Melt the solid coconut oil in a skillet on low-medium heat.
In a separate dish, mix the coconut flour with the shredded coconut.
Dip the fish fillets in the coconut milk.
Coat the fish fillets with the coconut flour and shredded coconut mixture.
Fry the fish fillets on the skillet until golden-brown and flaky.
